摘 要:目的:体外研究氟化钠涂膜对放射线照射后釉质超微结构的影响。方法:正常釉质标本随机分为4组,空白组、单纯照射组,涂膜组,涂膜照射组。瓦里直线加速器600 c 30Gy照射后,扫描电镜观察釉质表面超微结构的变化;并用原子吸收分光光度计测量脱矿24 h后的钙溶出量。结果:与单纯照射组相比,涂膜照射组的微孔形成减少并缩小。放射线照射组钙离子溶出量显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),而涂膜照射组钙离子溶出量显著低于照射组(P<0.05)。结论:在放射线照射前于釉质表面涂布氟化钠涂膜能减少射线对釉质结构的破坏,减少钙离子溶出,提高其抗酸性。AIM: To study the effect of fluoride varnish on uhrastructure of enamel after under irradiation in vitro. METHODS: Normal enamel samples were randomly divided into four groups: ①control group ②irradiation group ③ fluoride varnish group ④fluoride varnish - irradiation group . The samples of each group were treated by 30Gy X - ray irradiation and the uhrastructures were investigated by SEM. Ca^2+ concentrations 24 h after in deminaralization solution were measureed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Compared with irradiation group, microhole of fluoride varnish - irradiation group is less and smaller. Ca^2+ concentration in deminaralization solution of irradiation group is obviously higher than control group( P 〈 0.05 ) and that of fluoride varnish -irradiation group is lower than irradiation group( p 〈0.05). CONCLUSION: Fluoride varnish on enamel before irradiation can effectively decrease the destruction of the enamel structure and Ca^2+ dissolution and enhance the resistance of enamel to acid.
