摘　　要：高等职业教育主要培养技能型和应用型人才,培养目标突出职业性、行业性的特点。在高职教育中推行职业资格证书制度是我国实施"科教兴国"战略的一项举措。"双证书"制度是高等职业技术教育凸现高职高专教育办学特色、提高学生就业竞争力的基本保证。如何积极推行和完善职业资格证书制度是目前高职院校需要研究的一个重要课题。The main task of higher vocational education is to train applied talents with skills featured by vocation and industry. Carrying out vocational certificate system in higher vocational education is a new strategy. Double Certificate system is the guarantee of specializing education feature and improving employment ability of the students. We should study how to take effective measures to promote double certificate system.
