摘　　要：为适应国际竞争与实业转型对新式职业人才的需要,近代中国工商界人士十分注重创办职业教育,办学形式主要有个人办学、商会办学、企业办学与联合社会团体办学等,工商界自办职业教育,目的明确,根据实际工作需要设置课程,注重教育实效,为近代工商业培养了大量的实用人才,值得当前职业教育界人士深思与学习。In order to meet the needs of the new professional talents because of the international competition and industrial restructuring, modern Chinese business personage paid attention to found on vocational education. The forms of school-running had sponsoring by individual, association, enterprise and community group or so on, Business personage run vocational education with a clear purpose and according to the actual needs of curriculum, and focused on education effective, which cultivated a large number of practical talents for modern business. That brought a lot enlightens to vocational education nowadays.
