摘　　要：本期"视点"力求从理论、法史的发展、部门法史等各个角度考察传统法对于现实法治发展的作用,探求法律发展的规律,阐述学术研究对传统法所应持有的态度。传统法研究实为法学研究的基础学科,传统法的更新与改造也是现实及未来法律发展的基础和平台。认真地对待传统法,不仅是对历史的尊重,而且也是对现代和未来的珍惜。This period of 'focus' is, from the views of basic law and special laws, dedicated to these purposes, i.e. to discussing effects of traditional law on the construction of rule of law, to seeking what are the underlying rules of development of law, to expounding what are the appropriate attitudes to traditional law in academic research. The traditional law definitely is the basic discipline of legal research, nevertheless, updating and rebuilding is the foundation of the development of rule of law-the present as well as the future. Not only does treating traditional law with attitude of reason means the respect of the history, but also the cherishment of the present and the future.
