摘　　要：MOSFET的输出电容COSS具有非线性。在射频震荡器中,电容的这一非线性会影响振荡器的谐波分量。本文选取不同直流电源电压和输出电压,对在不同工作状态下振荡器的输出谐波分量进行了Matlab数值分析。实验结果验证了数值分析的结论。The Output-Capacitance （Stray capacitance） COSS of a MOSFET is non-linear and it influences the oscillating harmonic component in an oscillator. The non-linearity of COSS leads to the variation of oscillating harmonic component in different operating states. The effect on variation of oscillating harmonic component generated by the non-linearity of COSS at different de voltage and output voltage is numerically analyzed with Matlah. The experimental results show good agreement with the numerical analysis.
