摘  要:针对工业过程控制中难以避免的时延问题,分析了其产生的机理。对于系统等效时延,采用预测思想,阐述了以动态矩阵控制的预测状态空间形式,并在此基础上,提出了时延补偿算法。引入补偿因子和过渡因子在线整定预测控制量和时延控制量,使控制作用快速平稳过渡,对于突变频繁的时延系统亦能迅速跟踪输入。仿真结果表明,该改进算法的时延补偿性能良好,保证了控制的稳定性和快速性。To deal with time-delay problem in industrial process control, the equivalent time-delay was analyzed in the method of State Space (SS) based on Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) using the idea of prediction, and the algo- rithm of Time-Delay Compensation based on DMC (TDCDMC) was introduced to diminish the influence. Compensa- tion variable and the transition variable were introduced to modulate the prediction control signal and the delay con- trol signal on line to make the transition process complete rapidly. TDCDMC algorithm was also suitable for those delay systems with frequent fluctuation. Instance results demonstrated that the delay could be well compensated while the stability and the speediness were also guaranteed.
