摘　　要：激励理论是管理学的基础理论之一,对高等院校学生管理工作也具有非常重要的指导意义。结合医药类专业的特点,对激励理论在医药院校学生管理工作中的应用作一探讨。The theory of Motivation is one of the basic theories on Management. It is significant to the guidance of the student management in the college. We discuss the application of the theory of Motivation in medical colleges integrating the characters of the medical and pharmaceutical majors.
