摘  要:目的观察360度考核法对临床实习护生(下称护生)评价的应用效果。方法采用自行设计的360度考核量表对40名护生分别从护士长、带教教师、同学、患者、护生本人角度按照品德、智力、能力、服务、绩效5个指标进行3次分级测评,根据每次测评结果及时调整带教措施,纠正不足。结果评价者对护生各考核指标的3次测评分比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01),且随着时间迁移,测评结果呈上升趋势。结论360度考核法从多角度评价护生,体现了个体化和公平性的考核原则,对护生有激励作用,有助于护生树立以患者为中心的职业观。Objective To investigate the effect of 360:degree evaluation method used on the clinical nursing trainees. Methods A self-made 360-degree evaluation scale was used to evaluate 40 clinical nursing trainees three times from the head nurses, teachers, classmates, patients and themselves. The evaluation indexes included moral character, intelli- gence, ability, service and performance. And according to the results, the teaching methods were adjusted. Results The results of the three times evaluation from different evaluators had significant difference(P〈0.01 for all) . And the scores were gradually incrased as time went on. Conclusion The 360-degree evaluation method evaluates clinical nursing trainees from different angles, and presents the principles of charateristic and equity. It may be helpful to encourage the nursing trainees and to build up the correct professional attitude.
