摘 要:通过研究接触摩擦力的建模理论,建立起一种金属弹性车轮与刚性路面的接触模型,建模过程中充分考虑了轮辋与外轮圈之间的弹性特性。详细阐述了车轮在静、动两种状态下接触摩擦力的求解方法。自行开发了车轮的动力学仿真程序,实现了接触模型在ADAMS软件中的嵌入与应用。仿真结果表明,该模型能够较准确地模拟金属弹性车轮与地面间的接触关系,解决了应用ADAMS接触模型处理接触问题时会引起的停车不稳和微幅振荡等问题。Based on the research of contact theory, a new contact model between the metal elastic wheel and rigid ground was proposed. In modeling process, the elastic characteristics between rim and outside--wheel were considered and the friction solution algorithm under slip and stick conditions was developed. According to the subroutine interfaces, the contact model was embedded in ADAMS software. The simulation results show that this model can simulate the contact relations between metal elastic wheel and rigid ground and has high accuracy. It overcomes the defects of the contact model in ADAMS.
