摘  要:目的了解护士营养知识认知状况的分布情况,为制定相应对策提供依据。方法对180名护士进行相关营养知识调查,并对其不同学历、年龄、科室及不同类型营养知识掌握情况进行比较与分析。结果护士临床营养知识平均分高于基础营养知识;非手术科室护士平均分高于手术科室护士;不同学历层次与不同年龄段护士的平均分比较,差别均无统计学意义。结论护士营养知识认知状况分布不均衡,应有针对性地采取措施提高其营养知识水平。Objective: To investigate the status of nurses' congnition on nutrition in order to put up ideas for correlative strategies. Methods: 180 nurses were investigated using an questionnair about the nutrition knowledge, which were analyzed among different education backgroud, ages, wards and aspects of nutrition knowledge. Results: The mean score of nurses' clinical nutrition knowledge was higher than basic nutrition knowledge, nurses not in operation room was higher than those in; there were no statistical differences among different ages and education backgroud. Conclusion: The nutrtion cognition among nurses is not balanced distributed, and correlative strategies should be taken to enhance their nutrition knowledge level.
