摘　　要：21世纪的到来,为高等医学教育提出了新的挑战。培养高素质、高能力的适用性人才和创新人才,是增强我国综合国力的重要保证。因此,首都医科大学宣武医院从明确环节目标、规范环节内容和标准、量化环节指标、落实环节任务、考核环节效果、奖罚环节优劣六个方面入手,认真进行了疏理,规范了实习环节带教标准并加大执行力度,为老问题真正找到行之有效的解决方法,收到较好的效果。In the 21th century, a new challenge has been brought forward for higher medical education. To train innovative talents with high quality, high capability and high applicability is an importance assurance for improving our comprehensive civil power. Therefore in our hospital importance has been attached to the aim of medical practice management, standardized contents, qualified management index with the task of enhancing the management effect, praising the good as well as punishing the bad. The medical practice teaching has been standardized and the ways to solve the main problems have been found during the medial practice.
