摘　　要：教学质量是高等学校的生命线。认为搞好教育管理是提高教学质量的根本保证,对学校发展来说二者相辅相成,缺一不可。从加强教师、教学管理和学生管理两方面来阐述了搞好教育管理保证教学质量的几个主要方面。The quality of teaching is the lifeblood of universities. The education management is the fundamental guarantee for impoving the quality of teaching. The two are mutually complementary develipment of the school. and dispensable. From teachers management of both management and teaching students to articulate a good job of management to ensure the quality of teaching in some key areas.
