中学教师工作满意度及其影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：本研究采用自编的教师工作满意度调查问卷,对北京市七个区的中学教师进行了大规模调查,结果表明:(1)北京市中学教师对校内人际关系(包括与同事、学生关系等)感到最为满意,对学校得到社会认可的程度以及学校的领导与管理也感到比较满意,但是对所在学校的发展环境以及自我实现的满意度相对较低,对其付出与回报的失衡最为不满意;(2)性别因素对工作满意度不存在显著影响;(3)教师在学校决策中的参与度是影响教师工作满意度最为重要的因素。A scientific designed questionnaire on Teachers＇ Job Satisfaction for junior middle school teachers in seven districts of Beijing has been done recently. And we gain the following conclusions： first, teachers are mostly satisfied with interpersonal relationship in the school as well as their reputation and the leadership and management of their schools; however, they are less satisfied with the working condition and self-fulfillment in that condition, as they are especially unsatisfied with the fact that they burdens too much but acquire little from the work; second, gender differences have little to do with their satisfaction on the job; third, the most important factor in their satisfaction for the job depends on how much the teachers participate in the decision-making of the school.
