摘　　要：为把我院建设成为师生员工成功成才、兴业创业、教师乐教安教、学生乐学安学的和谐校园,必须坚持以人为本、和谐发展、以德治校、民主治校、依法治校。In order to build Huizhou University into a harmonious campus for the success of the staff and the students, for their innovative undertaking, for the enjoyment of teaching and learning, we must adhere to the following principles ： people-oriented, harmonious development, management of the university with virtue, democracy and the law.
