高职院校保险实务专业工学结合模式探索

摘　　要：文章分析了"2+1"工学结合模式的不足,对高职院校保险实务专业"1+1+1"工学结合模式进行了探索,并提出了实施该模式的条件。This article analyzes the shortcomings of the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ cultivating pattern of ＂Combining Learning with Working＂, studies on the ＂1 ＋ 1 ＋ 1＂ pattern in Insurance major in higher vocational colleges, and proposes conditions to carry out the latter.
