论高校学生管理中的心理契约

摘　　要：高校学生管理中的心理契约可以使学生乐于接受管理、丰富学生的精神体验、发挥学生的主观能动性,这既体现了"以人为本"的理念,也是当前大学生管理创新的重要切入点。可以确认大学生的合理期望、强化契约意识教育、进行有效的沟通、培育校园文化等方面来构建大学生管理中的心里契约,从而提高新形势下高校学生管理的针对性和实效性。Psychological contract in student management in universities can make students take pleasure in accepting management, enrich their mental experience and exert their initiations. This is not only the presentation of the concept of ＂people-centered＂, but also an important starting point of current student management innovation in colleges and universities. By confirming students＇ reasonable expectation, strengthening education of consciousness of contract, carrying our effective communication and developing culture on campus, we can construct the psychological contract in student management and then increase the pertinence and effectiveness of student management in universities under new situation.
