民族地区大学生健康人格培养思考

摘　　要：健康人格是人全面发展的必备条件。本文就民族地区高校大学生在自我意识、生活态度、综合素质、社会适应能力以及人际关系等方面的一些特点,分析了产生这些特点的政治、经济、文化等原因,并就如何提高民族地区大学生的思想道德素质、心理健康素质、人文素质和审美素质提出了一定的见解,探讨了民族地区大学生健康人格培养的途径。Healthy personality is one necessary condition of man＇s all-round development. This article points out some features of the self-awareness, attitudes toward life, comprehensive quality, social acclimatization ability and social relationship owned by the students at the colleges of minority areas, analyzes the political, economic, cultural and geographical reasons that contribute to the features, puts forward some opinions about how to improve their idealistic and moral quality, healthy mentality quality, humane quality and aesthetic quality, and explores some ways to cultivate their healthy personality.
