摘　　要：自贡市衰退产业企业的发展,经历了一个非常曲折、坎坷的历程。为从根本上改变衰退产业企业体弱多病的现状,为老工业基地经济的巩固和发展做出正确的引导,为"工业强市"战略实施提供参考性建议,提出了自贡市衰退产业企业发展若干战略问题。The enterprises development of recessionary industries in Zigong has experienced a rather zigzag anti rough process. To change ultimately the valetudinarianism actuality.make with corret lead for consolidation and development of economy in outdated industries base and put forward referential advice of carrying into execution of striving for powerful cities by industries,the thesis brings forward umpty strategic issues tot the development of the enterprises of recessionary industries in Zigong.
