摘　　要：实践教学对于提高学生的综合素质、培养学生的实践能力和创新能力具有特殊的作用,是创新人才培养过程中的重要组成部分。南京财经大学财税学院在遵循目标性、系统性、规范性等原则的基础上,以培养高素质应用型专门人才为目标,以培养学生实践能力、创新能力和综合素质为主线,不断探索构建科学、规范的实践教学体系,为提高学院的教育教学质量提供了必要的保障。Practice-teaching has special effect on enhancing the students＇ compositive quality, practice ability and innovative ability. It is an important part during the process of cultivating creative persons. On the basis of following such principles as objectivization, systematization and standardization, the School of Finance ＆ Taxation of NJUE attaches importance to increase the students＇ abilities of practice and innovation and their compositlve quality in order to cultivate high-quality applica- tion-oriented professionals. It also explores to construct a scientific normative practice-teaching system which can ensure to enhance its＇ education and teaching quality.
