摘 要:职业教育的培养目标决定了实践教学在整个教学中的主体地位,应该强化实践教学、完善实践教学体系、创新教学模式,使培养的对象更符合社会需求。立足于高职高专人才培养要求.体现高职办学特色的实践性教学体系——理论-实践一体化教学模式、“模块达标”教学模式、“项目驱动”教学模式、“教师工作室”教学模式等多种实践教学模式。以学导干,以干促学,可取得良好的教学效果。The training goal of vocational education determined that the leading factor of practical teaching in the whole process of teaching, that should strengthen practical teaching, improve teaching system, originate teaching mode and train the subject to meet the needs of society. The teaching modes, such as theory and practice integrating, module qualifing, program intriguing, teacher's workshop, had experienced many attempts and had constructed a practical teaching system which based on the training needs of professional talents, interacted learning and practicing progress, as well as reflected the organizing characteristics of professional schools. As a matter of fact, notable teaching effects have been accomplished under the innovation of teaching modes.
