摘　　要：文章对物流、供应链和供应链管理的定义进行了论述。供应链管理的特性和效益对企业应用SCM有着很大的诱惑力,在对供应链管理在企业中遇到的问题和挑战的讨论后,对企业应当采取的应对方案,从国内供应链和全球供应链两方面进行了分析和讨论。This paper dissertates the definition of logistics, supply chain and SCM. The feature and benefit of SCM attract the enterprise using SCM. We analyse and discuss the resolve plan which enterprise should adopt from the domestic supply chain and the global supply chain two aspects after discussing the challenge and issue of enterprise entering SCM.
