摘 要:对国产24种野生蔷薇种子油含量,主要脂肪酸组成及种子在果实中占的比例分析。结果表明:蔷薇种子油含量一般在10%以下,大多数种类的种子油含量在5%~9%之间。种子一般占鲜果重的20%~50%左右。脂肪酸组成以油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸三种不饱和脂肪酸为其主要成分,不饱和脂肪酸含量占脂肪酸总量的90.36%,其中尤以亚油酸含量最高,一般在40%~60%之间,其均值超过50%,属优质植物油。饱和脂肪酸平均含量为9.25%,主要有棕榈酸、硬脂酸和花生酸。对6种野生蔷薇种子油资源潜在的开发利用价值进行了评价。The crude oil extracted from seeds of 24 species of wild rose from China was studied.The oil content and fatty acid compositions of seeds were determined.The results indicate that the species of rose are oil poor plants.The oil contents of seeds show considerable variation among species,ranging from 1.5% to 10.5% and the amount of oil contents of more than half of the total studied species is within 5.0%-9.0%,The seeds oil contains unsaturated fatty acids of 90.36% and among the 8 fatty acids,oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acids are dominant ,especially the content of linoleic acid account for 40%-60% of the total fatty acids.The average contents of saturated fatty acids account for only 9.25%,the major ones including palmitic acid,stearic acid and arachidic acid.The development and utilization values of seeds oil of six species are evaluated.
