摘 要:本文研究了用201×7树脂去除萝卜红色素提取液中萝卜甙的方法。试验结果表明:201×7树脂对萝卜甙的静态交换容量最大值可达到72.gmg/ml树脂,吸附平衡时间55分钟,最适pH值5.5。用5BV0.05molNaOH溶液可完全洗脱被交换在树脂上的萝卜甙,洗脱流速1.5BV/hr。去除萝卜甙的提取液真空浓缩,喷雾干燥得粉状萝卜红色素产品,E=4.30。A method of extracting glucoraphenin with 201 × 7 resin was studied. Adsorption capacity of 201 × 7 resin for glucoraphenin was 42. 8mg/ ml wet resin and the equilibrium time was 55 mins, and optimum PH was 5. 5. All glucoraphenin that had been adsorbed on 201 × 7 resin was eluted by 1. 5BV/hr eluent in which concentration of NaOH was 0. 05 mol/ l at the flaw rate of 1. 5BV/hr. Extracting solution of deglucoraphenin was enriched by vacuum and spray drying. A powderedproduct of Radish pigment was obtained and E = 4. 30.
