摘  要:对利用检测缸内压力波进行爆震判别与控制进行了研究,采用经过爆震频率带通滤波后的缸内压力波的峰值作为衡量爆震强度的指标,通过实验确定判别爆震发生的门坎值.考虑到爆震指标分布的特点,采用统计的方法确定爆震的强度,并且根据爆震强度对点火提前角进行控制,使发动机工作在轻微爆震状态。The detection and control of engine knock through cylinder pressure wave are studied. The peak value of cylinder pressure wave after band pass filtering is defined as the index to quantity knock intensity, and the threshold value to judge knock occurrence is determined by experiments. According to the distribution of the values of knock index, statistics method is used to determine knock intensity. The spark advance angle is controlled by the knock intensity to make the engine work in the trace knock level, and the fuel efficiency and power output of the engine has been improved.
