摘　　要：技术技能特色的教学体系是反映高等职业教育本质特征的主流教学体系,由教学理念、教学内容与课程体系、师资队伍、教学手段与方法、教学管理与评估等要素组成;高职院校要适应地方经济发展和企业人才需求,必须树立全新的办学理念,加强教学中的软硬件建设,更新教学内容,改革教学方法,建立校企合作、行业和企业深度参与教学的机制,完善学历证书与职业资格证书的衔接机制,健全质量监控与评估机制,在发展中构建技术技能特色教学体系。The higher vocational teaching system with technical ability features is a main teaching system which reflects the essential characters of the higher vocational education. It is made up of the elements such as teaching ideas, contents, curriculum system, teacher＇s quality, teaching methods, teaching management and evaluation. The author points out that higher vocational colleges are to cope with the local economy, to meet the enterprises＇ demands of talents and it also is to set up a completely new idea of supervising a college, to strengthen teaching software and hardware construction, to renew teaching contents, to reform teaching methods, to establish cooperation systems between colleges and enterprises, to perfect a linking system between diploma and professional qualification certificate, to amplify the system of the quality control and evaluation, and construct a teaching system of technical ability features in their developmental process.
