摘 要:目的观察隔山消水提物处理牙釉质龋后的表面形态。方法利用扫描电镜观察隔山消水提物、氟化钠、去离子水处理人工釉质龋后脱矿釉质表面沉积物的再矿化效果。结果经隔山消处理后的釉质块表面有较紧密均匀的结晶区,氟化钠有规则均匀的矿物沉淀,去离子水处理的釉质表面成蜂窝状结构。结论隔山消水提物有再矿化作用,氟化钠的再矿化作用强于隔山消水提物。Objective To observe the morphology of enamel caries treated with Geranium Strictipes. Methods By scanning electron microscope technique, the influences of Geranium Strictipes, sodium fluoride and deioned water on the artificial enamel mineralization were observed respectively. Results The remineralization surface of enamel caries became dosed and equal, in the presence of Geranium Strictipes. Sodium fluoride caused the deposition regularly and equablly. Group deioned water formed honeycomb structure. Conclusion Geranium Strictipes has the ability to promote remineralization of enamel caries when compared with the control. The effect of sodium fluoride is markedly superior to that of the Geranium Strictipes.
