摘 要:检测了三个绿色食品蔬菜基地18个蔬菜中总大肠菌、粪大肠菌、寄生虫卵和沙门氏菌。结果,除了一个甘蓝样品检到总大肠菌24个/g,其余样品皆未检到上述微生物。三个基地场蔬菜微生物污染大大好于一般蔬菜,施用腐熟的畜禽粪肥,不用人畜粪做追肥有效地防止了蔬菜微生物性污染。Total coliform bacilli,fecal coliform bacilli salmonella and parasite eggs in 18vegetable samples collected from three production bases of green food vegetable wefe as-sayed. The results showed that the most samples were free of above microorganism,barring one cabbage sample whose count of total colibacilli per gram was 24. Microbial contamination levels of vegetables from the 3 vegetable production bases (horticultural farms) were more acceptable as compared to the ordinary vegetables from other farms. Applying decomposed domestic animal waste and avoiding use of night soil and domestic animal waste as top aressings of vegetables can effectively prevent microbial contamination of vegetables.
