关于如何发挥编辑在企业科技创新中的作用的思考

摘　　要：受高等院校师生参与社会科技活动使科研与教学相长双赢的启发,论述了期刊编辑参与企业科研活动的可行性。分析认为,企业科技期刊专业编辑多来自其主体专业与产业,具备参与企业科技创新的专业素质;编辑参与科研可使期刊内容更具实用性与前瞻性;参与科技活动可增强编辑的创新意识,激发编辑的工作热情,有助于发挥编辑和期刊在企业创新中的作用。Under the inspiration from the social sci-tech activities in which the teachers and students participated to make the scientific research and teaching benefits teachers as well as students both win, it discusses the feasibility of periodical editors participate the scientific research activities held by enterprises. After analysis, it is pointed out that most of the sci-tech periodical editors of enterprise are from their main speciality and industry. They have the special quality to participate the activities held by enterprises. It can possess the periodical content of practicability and foresight, enhance the editors＇ awareness of innovation, arouse the editors＇ enthusiasm for the work, and is helpful to bring the editors into play in sci-tech innovation of enterprise.
