新形势下高职毕业生就业指导工作的对策与思考

摘　　要：主要阐述了在新形势下,高职院校毕业生就业指导工作应具有针对性,要针对就业工作中存在的问题开展就业指导,按就业需求标准进行就业指导。同时,提出了要"以学生为本"的就业指导服务系统的工作思路,即建立毕业生就业市场、信息站、就业咨询等。In the new station, employment guiding should point at the problems exist in guiding job, and according to the need of the employment. Meanwhile, suggest the thoughts of ＂student-oration＂ , there are establish the market of employment, information station and employment consult.
