摘  要:机器视觉焊缝识别是一种很有前途的方法,但是由于外部干扰,采集到的图像模糊,基于图像边缘识别的焊缝定位方法计算量大,难以满足焊接的实时性要求.为实现实时焊缝跟踪,采用了基于信号和噪声的统计特性的相关检测技术,该技术对焊缝图像清晰度要求不高.试验结果表明,这种技术可以取得很好的效果,基于信号与噪声的统计特性的互相关检测技术适于焊缝实时跟踪和焊接自动化.Computer vision sensing is a promising technology for welding seam tracking. Usually, the captured images are illegible because of the external interferer, The technology for welding seam tracking based on edge identification of welding image bear a large computation load. It is difficult to satisfy the real-time requirement of welding automation. Real-time welding seam tracking was studied with cross-correlation detecting technology based on statistical property of the signal and noise. The new proposed method is good at welding seam tracking because it has no requirement of high definition for images. The experimental results validate the reliability and accuracy of the technology. The cross-correlation detecting technology based on statistical property of the signal and noise is suitable for real-time welding seam tracking and welding automation.
