摘 要:采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对广东、安徽、湖北、广西等14个省市的体育教师和学生进行调查。结果表明:在新一轮中小学体育课程改革过程中,体育教师的教学观念产生积极转变,激发了学生体育学习的积极性。主要问题在于缺乏教学条件、经费保障、领导支持、培训与交流等。建议:加强对非国家级和省市级实验区学校及农村学校的指导;积极开发体育地方课程与校本课程,促进体育教师专业化;加大体育教学经费投入,获得更大的政策支持与保障。Using the methods of literature and questionnaire, it made an investigation on the Physical Education teachers and the students in 14 provinces of Guangdong, Anhui, Hubei, Guangxi etc. The results reveal that in the process of a new round of reform of Physical Education curriculums in the elementary and middle schools, the teaching concept of Physical Education teachers have positively changed and students' initiative in learning physical education has been aroused, while the problems are mainly lack of teaching conditions, funds assurance, leaders' support, training, exchange and so on. Accordingly, it proposed to strengthen the guidance to the schools in non- national and non-provincial-municipal experimental area and rural area, positively develop local curriculums of Physical Education and the curriculums of Physical Education offered by schools themselves, promote the specialization of Physical Education teachers, increase the funds investment in Physical Education teaching and win greater support and assurance of policy.
