摘 要:研究了一种与常规的金属材料接触疲劳性能试验不同的,更接近线路钢轨轮轨接触状态的钢轨接触疲劳试验方法,对不同钢轨在车速160km/h、半径800m、轴重25t条件的抗接触疲劳伤损性能进行模拟试验研究。结果表明,在一定的试验(工况)条件下,裂纹萌生和扩展速率较低、磨损量大的钢轨接触疲劳伤损相对较轻。在试验的几种钢轨中1000 MPa级的U75V热轧钢轨接触疲劳伤损最重。根据各钢轨的接触疲劳伤损特点,1300 MPa级热处理钢轨适宜在小半径的重载线路上使用,强度和裂纹扩展速率低的钢轨适宜在高、快速线路上使用。A test method of rail's contact fatigue is developed, which is different from the conventional test method and much similar to the true contact conditions on the practical rails. The simulated test for the anticontact - fatigue property of different kinds of rails is carried out, in which the velocity is 160 kin/h, the radius is 800 m, and the axle weight is 25 t. The results indicate that the contact fatigue damage is relatively slight for the rail which has slow crack initiation and expansion ratio and large wearing - away in the given test conditions (work condition). The contact fatigue damage of U75V hot- roll rail with 1 000 MPa strength level is the most serious in all kinds of the tested rails. According to the features of contact fatigue damage, the heat - treated rail with 1 300 MPa strength level should be used on the small radius or the heavy- duty line, and the rail with slow crack expansion ratio should be used on the high speed or fast line.
