摘  要:目的了解壳聚糖膜用于早期眼表碱烧伤预防睑球粘连的效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法家兔15只,采用自身对照方法,右眼为实验组,左眼为对照组,分别制作眼表碱烧伤模型,实验组于结膜囊中放置壳聚糖膜,对照组不用。术后8周对术区行大体观察及组织学光镜观察。结果实验组及对照组均发生严重睑球粘连,在组织学上未见明显差异,实验组15例标本均发生角膜穿孔,眼内容物脱出,对照组角膜呈白色混浊,外有纤维组织包裹,未见角膜溃疡、穿孔。结论对于严重眼表化学烧伤,不能早期应用抗粘连药物,以免发生角膜穿孔,待角膜稳定后才可以应用壳聚糖膜。Objective To evaluate the effect of chitosan membrane applied to early ocular surface alkali bum on preventing symblepharon,thereby providing exverimental basis for clinical use.Methods Fifteen rabbits were used as self controls,the left eyes served as control group and the right eyes as experimental group.Ocular surtace alkali burn was made in each eye,but chitosan membrane was applied only to expeximental group's conjunctival sac.Eight weeks after the injury,macroscopic and nicroscopic observation of specimens was made,and adbesion degree was classified. 1here was serious symblepharon in both groups,and no significamt difference in macroscopic and microscopic observation between them.But all the experimental group developed corneal perforation and ocular content herniation while the control group did not so. Conclusions The chitosan membrane should not be applied to serious ocular surface alkali barn early lest corneal perforation should occur.
