摘  要:中国医科大学近三年组织专家组对省内20余所教学基地进行评审多次.文章分析了中国医科大学各教学基地的临床教学和实习工作现状,着重阐述了存在的问题和解决办法,提出各基地应使岗前培训制度化,规范出科考试,增加诊疗操作的机会,加强医德医风教育等.These three years, China medical university has organized specialist team several times to carry out teaching evaluation of more than 20 clinical teaching bases within Liaoning province. Through analyzing the current status of clinical teaching and clinical practice in each teaching base, the existing problems are mainly elaborated and some relevant strategies are presented in this paper. The paper brought forward that each teaching base should unify prepost training, standardize departmental rotation examination, provide more chance of treating operations and strengthen medical ethics education.
