摘　　要：结合实际工作经历,对临床科研在实施知情同意过程中存在的一些问题进行了分析和讨论。认为在临床医学科研中必须重视知情告知过程和知情同意书签署过程,做好了这两个过程才能切实保障受试者的健康权、生命权及其他合法权益,同时也能保证科研课题顺利进行并完成,为临床医学事业的发展、进步做出贡献。By investigating problems associated with informed consent in clinical research, the authors point out that special concerns should be given to the informing process and the signing procedure of the informed consent in order to protect legal rights of the subjects and pave the way for further smooth development of medical researches.
