摘　　要：目的:探讨新形势下医师职业人格的内涵,提高医院医德教育及医师人力选聘的水平。方法:采用文献检索法、专家咨询法、访谈法等收集整理临床优秀专家有关现代医师职业人格的意见。结果:临床医学专家从临床视角提出了新医师必备的职业人格要求及优秀医师应具备的职业人格内涵,为新时期医院的继续教育及医师试用期考核提供宝贵而可操作化的依据。Objective： To discuss the connotation of physicians＇professional personalities in current situation, thus to promote the education of medical morality among hospitals and the selection of medical human resources. Method： To collect and classify opinions of excellent clinical experts on their definitions of professional personalities for modem physicians by methods such as literature retrieval, expert counseling, and conversational interview, etc. Result： The excellent clinical experts propose their necessary requests of professional personalities from the perspective of clinical practice, which provides a precious and feasible basis for the on - going education and training among modem hospitals, and for the performance assessment for physicians during their probation period.
