摘 要:随着我国市场经济体制的建立和国有企业改革的深入,企业家逐渐代替政府官员成为经济的主导角色。体制的转型和变革使得原有的企业家激励约束机制呈现出种种弊端,对企业家激励约束机制的变革成为当前国有企业改革的重点之一。结合我国企业实际情况,系统地分析影响企业家薪酬的基本因素,从而为构建企业家报酬结构模型和确立企业家薪酬模式奠定基础。As China's market economic system and the establishment of in-depth reform of state-owned enterprises, entrepreneurs have gradually replaced government officials and become the dominant economic role.
