摘　　要：介绍了复合型应用人才的内涵,根据社会发展需要和现代商业特点,提出了培养复合型应用人才的9种主要模式。This paper introduces the connotation of compound application talents, and according to the requirements of social development and the features of modem commerce, advances nine main modes of cultivating the compound application talents.
