摘　　要：知识联盟的运行质量和创新绩效在很大程度上取决于联盟各方的知识联盟管理能力(简称联盟能力),而联盟能力则受众多因素的共同影响。本文从个体、企业、联盟和网络四个层次系统地分析了影响联盟能力的主要因素,并提出了提高联盟能力的对策。The tuning condition and the performance of the knowledge alliance are closely related to the managerial capability of the knowledge alliance（ alliance capability for short）. There are lots of factors affecting the alliance capability. A framework from four levels, namely, individual, corporate, alliance, and network is analyzed systematically. And some advices to enhance the alliance capability are given.
