摘  要:徐扬很优雅地坐在《当代经理人》记者的面前,讲述着她在十几年的职业生涯中两次最让她心痛的失败经历,而这两次经历之所以令她心痛和沮丧,都与如何激发员工的创造力有关。目前,徐扬已经辞掉了所有的工作,专门研究如何激发员工的创新力。在这个寒冷的冬季,我们听着她的讲述……Xu Yang is sitting in front of reporter from Contemporary manager elegantly, talking about the two failures experiences in her career which hurt her a lot. Because of these two experi- ences are both about how to motivate the staff's creativity. At present, Xu Yang has quit all of the work, studying how to stimulate the innovation of staff. 'Designers need innovations and innovative thinking. But here, all the people are doing the same things every day, Even if you have spent a lot of energy to tell others how to do, no one has ever minded you and they still do things in their old ways because they have their inertia thinking. I am really not clear how can I make a group of staff who always follow the (old) routine raise some new ideas. Is it really no way to solve this problem? Would enterprises really go on repeating?' Xu Yang is thinking painfully.
