摘　　要：随着机房规模的不断扩大,传统的人工管理已不能满足当前管理的需要.提出了利用UML和Rose设计构建开放式计算机实验室网络收费管理系统的方案,通过网络管理系统实时监测并准确反映学生的上机使用情况,来规范学生对实验室计算机的使用,从而达到优化资源与管理的作用.Traditional manual management can＇ t satisfy the current managing requirement as computer laboratory continu-ous growth in the scale. Therefore this article proposes that using UML and Rose to designs and constructs network manage system of the open computer laboratory, using real-time monitor to accurately reflects result on student＇ s using computer through this system. It estabhshs a criteria to students who use laboratory computer and achieves optimum resources use and manage function.
