摘　　要：通过在普通高校公体排球教学中运用"目标教学"理论,结合高校体育教学的实际,从课时具体目标入手,发挥教学目标的导向、激励作用,注重情感素材的挖掘、积极情绪的调动,推动了学生知识、技能的掌握和提高,收到了事半功倍的教学效果.Considering the reality of the college public P.E.volleyball teaching,we should apply the ＂target teaching ＂theory,and start from the concrete target of the course,give full play to the guiding and inspiring effect of the teaching target,emphasize on the exploration of the emotion resource,stimulate students positive attitude to form a kind of ＂emotion motivation＂,to push forward the master and improvement of the knowledge and skills of the students,to achieve the best effect with the least effort.
