高校赏识教育管理模式构建刍议

摘　　要：在高等教育逐步向现代化迈进的新形势下,高校管理离不开赏识教育,而赏识教育成为促进高校管理水平提升的重要方法。因此,构建高校赏识教育管理模式很有必要。高校用赏识教育来赏识、管理学生,用发展的眼光客观看待学生的现状,引导学生发现自己的优点,克服自己的不足,增强学生的自信,从而步入良性发展的生态轨道。构建赏识教育模式须坚持爱心信任原则、因材施教原则、科学辩证原则,在不断的“渴望——实践——新渴望——新实践”中不断将“可能”变成“现实”。In the new situation which university education gradually makes great strides forward to the modernization,the university management cannot develop without the appreciation education,and it has become the important method to promote university management.It is applied to recognize and manage students,and guide the students to discover their own merits and overcome insufficiency,strengthen student＇s self-confidence.The construction of appreciation education pattern should adhere the principle of compassion trust individualized instruction,and scientific dialectics.
