外语差异教学中基础差学生的动机激发策略研究

摘　　要：动机在外语学习中起着十分关键的作用,因此研究学生的学习动机非常重要。基础差学生学习动机不强烈的原因主要表现在外语基础差、成就动机和志向水平低以及归因不利等方面。因此教师在教学中应采取相应策略来激发学生的学习动机,如加强学生学习目标性指导、教授学生有效的学习方法并培养他们良好的学习习惯等,从而提高他们的学习成绩,实现差异教学的真正目标。Motivation plays a leading role in foreign language learning, which makes it very important to study the students＇ learning motivation. The reasons for the weak motivation of the low-proficiency students in foreign langnage learning mainly lie in such aspects as： poor English foundation, low achievement motivation, incorrect attribution, etc. So English teachers should take some relevant strategies to motivate these students, e.g. guiding students＇ goal-setting, teaching students some efficient learning methods, cultivating students＇ good learning habbits and so on, thus realizing the real goal of the level-based teaching.
