摘 要:临床教学是口腔医学专业教学中最重要、最关键的阶段,既是全面巩固专业基础知识的重要环节,又是医学生顺利转变为一名合格医师的重要阶段.加强学生的医德医风建设;提高临床医师的实习带教水平来为学生创造良好的育人环境;开展病例讨论式教学;充分利用实验室的有利条件,缓冲临床教学的负担和压力;改革毕业考核制度,确立科学的评估方法等途径来加强学生临床综合能力及实践能力的培养.以上措施大大增强了学生临床实习的主动性和自觉性,全面提高了学生临床实习的教学质量,培养了大批口腔专业合格医师.Clinical teaching is the most important and critical phase in the professional education of stomatology, which not only consolidates the theoretical knowledge but also assists the change of students from a student to a qualified dentist. For the past few years, we had created a satisfactory teaching environment for students by enhancing students' medical ethics and medical practice and improving dentists' guiding abilities, both in practice and teaching. We had relive the burden and pressure in clinical teaching by carrying out case - discussion teaching method and utilizing every available condition in laboratory. We also had enhanced the cultivation of students' comprehensive clinical abilities and practical abilities by some possible approaches, such as reforming the system of examination, establishing the scientific evaluation method and so on The results proved that the above measures enhanced the students' the teaching quality, and cultivated a large number of activeness and consciousness in clinical practice, raised qualified dentists.
