杆式附着体在口腔修复中的应用

摘　　要：为解决下颌总义齿固位不良问题，利用残留牙齿或残根，经完善根管治疗基础上进行杆式附着体局部义齿修复患者３４例，经２年随访，固位力及稳定性良好，咀嚼效率提高（ｔ＝９．３２，Ｐ＜０．０１），为解决下颌义齿固位问题提供了一种新的有效的修复手段。In order to resolve the problem of malretention of the lower full-denture, total 34 cases have been performed by taking advantage of residual teeth or roots for partial denture of bar attachment on the base of finishing the root canal therapy By 2 years continuous observation after treatment, it is found that this method is of good stablity and retention as well as increasing masticatory efficiency (t=9 32, P<0 01)
