摘　　要：婴儿是人生一个特殊时期,母乳是婴儿天然的理想食品。除母乳外,牛乳是婴儿配方乳的首选。牛乳虽营养丰富,但与母乳相比,在成分组成上有很大差异,易导致婴儿的过敏反应与营养不良。随着科技的不断发展,逐步出现了各种模拟母乳的婴儿配方乳制品。在查阅大量文献的基础上,综述了婴儿配方乳的研究现状。Infant is the special period in one＇s life. Breastmilk is the ideal and natural food for infants. Except breastmilk, in some special cases, cow milk seems to be the best substitution of breastmilk for infants because it is affluent in nutrition. There are great differences in protein construction between the breastmilk and the cow＇s milk, which would cause malnutrition and infant＇s hypersensitivity. With the development of the technology, gradually appear all kinds of infant formula milk to imitate the mother＇s milk in the market. This paper provides an overview of the researching present situation of the infant formula milk based on abundant literatures.
