摘 要:针对单行交通组织与交通诱导互相脱离的问题,分析了交通诱导与单行交通组织两种交通管理手段的特点,指出诱导与单行交通组织对路网特征要求具有高度一致性。在此基础上,结合南方某城市F市路网情况,提出一种诱导与单行交通组织相结合的新型应用模式,探讨了两者结合的效果,并利用德国的交通仿真软件Vissim进行定量分析,分析结果表明:单行交通组织可以很好地弥补诱导的缺陷,诱导能提高单行交通组织的效益,诱导与单行交通组织两种交通管理手段是相辅相成、互相促进的关系。最后分析这种结合应用的模式对棋盘型路网区域的普遍适用性。In order to address the phenomenon that a one-way street system often operates without traffic guidance, this paper analyzes the characteristics associated with the two alternatives of traffic management, i.e., one-way street and traffic guidance, and points out that the two share a high degree of consistency in the requirement for street network. Based on the street network in a southern city(F City), the paper explores the effects of a new operational pattern of incorporating traffic guidance into a one-way street system through a quantitative analysis using the Germany traffic simulation software, VISSIM. The results show that one-way street operation can be very useful in terms of overcoming the disadvantages of traffic guidance, and in turn, traffic guidance can improve one-way street operation. In general, the two measures can be mutually compensative and enhancing. Finally, the paper concludes with discussions on applicability of the new pattern to grid-like networks.
