摘 要:液力缓速器是车辆传动系统中重要的辅助制动系统。利用缓速器制动,可以减少行车制动器的磨损,防止行车制动器失效,保证车辆安全行驶,缓速器在现代车辆上得到了广泛地应用。分析了液力缓速器的结构和工作原理,针对缓速器的工作原理开发了一套电子控制单元。电子控制单元根据硬件电路采集到的各相关信号,实现对缓速器在不同挡位下不同制动力矩的控制,使车辆在下坡时实现恒速。将该缓速器分别在试验台架和实车上进行制动性能试验。试验结果表明,该液力缓速器在高转速和大充油量的条件下制动效果较好;在低转速和充油量不大的时候,可以为下坡行驶车辆提供基本恒定的制动转矩。Retarder is an important auxillary braking system in vehicle's transmission system.Braking with a retarder can decrease the wear of travel brake,prevent travel brake failures and ensure the safe traveling so retarders are widely used on modern vehicles.Structure and work principle of a hydrodynamic retarder are analyzed.A set of electronic control unit is developed aiming at the principle.Based on the various related signals collected by hardware circuit,the electronic control unit realizes the control of different breaking torques under different gears so that the vehicle can keep a constant speed on downgrade.Braking performance of the retarder is tested on a test bench and a practical vehicle respectively.Test results show that the retarder presents a satisfactory braking under the conditions of high speed and high oil charging whereas a basically constant braking torque is provided for downgrade vehicles while in low speed and low oil charging.
