摘　　要：教务档案管理作为档案学的一个分支日益受到高校教育工作者的重视。提高教务档案管理水平要从切实发挥教务档案的实际效益入手,通过对教务档案的有效利用,使广大师生、学校获取实际效益,从而体现档案管理者的价值。The archives management of education administration is considered more and more important by the education staff of colleges and universities. To make full use of education administration archives can bring the most benefit to the students and teachers, and reflect the value of the administrative staff.
